Do you know that FF is specific feel and look, with completely different DoF, not only question of ISO? Maybe you don't, having only a 550D ;)

Don't get 35L, its ****. The new sigma 35mm 1.4 outperforms it completely (go on lens rental, they had like 100 copy of 35L, the best one doesn't equal the only copy of the new Sigma they have).... and the price is half.

Even for really close portrait its useful .. bringing new opportunities. But price difference is huge... Depending on how they improved image quality (which is not amazing on the 24-105).

24-70 has macro ability and should be way more sharp and better optically. Let's see the reviews..
