Hi all, being a full time student and a regular participant of SVA, i would like to air some of my views of the SVA scene from a student's POV. Firstly, as a film enthu. i feel that the standards of SVA ( now rebranded as SDMA ) hasn't improved much. I' ve been following it since the 4th SVA...

nice try.. however.. i felt tat u did not explicitly convene ur msg in ur film.. tat is wad i felt was lacking in ur film... it was about skin cancer.. so how does ur film show the links between legs and skin cancer, skin cancer and the theme(global warming), legs and depression, legs and losing...

i hope my comments din come too late.. .. i felt that the words were difficult to read.. reason being .. u had too many of them coming out at one goal.. i always follow this rule: haf a centre of focus.. sth that the audience/viewer can look at/ focus on .. that is where i put my screen elements...

haha.. do u haf blue/green screen set up wif lights and etc.. haha.. i m a filmmaker well... starting out one .. my attempts at chromo kinda sux.. poor lighting and poor screen caused lots of noise and other nonsense haiz..

i agree totally.. a solid bk ..very well done .. btw ... is this discussion limited only to discussion of the commerical cinema of SEA or the whole cinematic community .. both arthse, commerical, underground or otherwise.. i duno bout the rest.. but u( hi there, trend starter) seemed...
