Yup awaiting to see how the d7000 performs. The only thing that it loses is that it has only 39 focusing point as compared to the 51 of d300s. :D

Yup agreed. Over time as you shoot more and more, you will be able to identify the situation better and shoot knowing exactly what you want in terms of the way you compose, the light, aperture, shutter speed and white balance. This saves your time spent in guesswork and will have more keepers...

Nikon recently announced the release of the D7000. It will be available in Singapore in a few months. Maybe you can consider it if you dun mind paying a little more. But personally my D90 and I are having a great time together and I am extremely happy with it!! So you definitely will not...

Nice shots!! :) Though personally i think the direct flash reflected from the bird's eyes in the second pict is really distracting. Other than that i think the birds look great with the use of flash!!
