For Sony, you have the advantage to download the Free Capture One Express for Sony Camera (can only read Sony RAW file). Personally I think this is one of the best RAW converter for Sony A7 series. The Express version lack the local adjustment from the Pro version but should be good enough for most of the basic RAW conversion need.
