Tip for shooting volleyball event

Shutter speed 1/1000 and above. If outdoors you are fine, indoors means you need to push ISO.

A fast focusing camera and lens is good, but pre-focusing and anticipation helps too.

You also need to clarify if you are outdoors or indoors, and how far are you from the game.

Fast shutter speed and a fast lens is a must, depend on your shooting style, I found that easy to do composition with 20-35mm f/2.8 at low angle close to the net.

can go so close to the net meh?

where are you shooting from? The spectator stands? If so, forget about getting good, tight action shots.

If you're serious about shooting sports, get as close as you can to the action (with permission, of course).

or i would say i dont know how to take sport event

i got a 80-200mm len

shooting indoor

From spectator stand? Front rows or rear rows? 80-200 ok for front rows. Side of court or front facing either side of net? If from the sides you probably be shooting wider. If front facing either side of the net, you need 300mm preferably.

Good to bring a 1.4 teleconvertor.
