I traded an old canon compact for the 60D. Paid about $1130 for the body with the freebies listed in the website. I was looking for a 2nd hand body but the prices in buy and sell were rather expensive relative to the price of a new one considering some were out of warranty. My bf topped up the difference saying it was more worth it to get a new one. Yippie!!

Ok seems like compact to XXD is possible.

Just check with CSC, the PPP for EOS M kit II is about 17.8% off RRP.
Seems like Canon has reduce the 'discount'.

Yet it's still cheaper than street price

Bought the Canon EOS 60D body at slightly over $1k through the PPP. Price is nett and inclusive of GST. Can use credit card. Collected it last week. Overall good service by staff. Free parking at the open air carpark too. :thumbsup:

I have contacted Canon once (a number of years ago) and asked about the PPP program. The rep. that answer to my enquiries told me that the main aim of the PPP program was to get photography hobbyists to change their old camera to Canon's interchangeable lens system (at that time it was only DSLR, because EOS-M was nowhere in sight), and they only offer entry level (or was semi pro level cam available, not too sure anymore, I have a bad memory). So sadly to say, if what the rep told me still stands, then you cannot get the PnS camera like S110 at the PPP program.

No for 6D, 100D should be in PPP since 60D is inside PPP. Call canon to check.
