Question regarding photo editing

Hi! Does any know how to edit the photo in order to have a bit yellow and blueish? is a bit like lomo's feel.. izit anything to do with the white balance? or is pp effect?

Uncle catchlights, not necessary to be urban acid..

You can do it with curves or color balance, it's called "digital crossprocessing".

Can play with it, understand how to get the tones you want, Photoshop must play then will understand.

yes, I understand,

I remember someone asking a some question before, was given a reply to playing curve adjustments,
but the TS standard is not high enough, couldn't understand, tot the seniors want to keep the tricks to themself don't want to share too much.
