Where to buy the 'Bat Man' belt?

I know there is a term to call this but what my friend only told me is 'Bat Man' belt.


The application:
Is for true photographer to wear and has a lot of different kinds of pocket size.
This belt very useful when go outdoor shooting, doing assignment ...
Macham like the SBO harness we use back in ARMY days.


I need to buy 1, currently using a few NTUC plastic bag ...
Not very professional looking when doing outdoor shooting.

Didn't know lowepro also have belt. Now it would be ideal if there's a solution for tripod as well ... I usually put all gears in backpack, but it's a bit messy.

PS: Cathay Peninsula also sells lowepro products, not sure about belt but there are plenty of pouches.

I think you should be able to buy the accessories u need at the army market. They have the swat team utility belts. Very heavy duty. After that you can purchase a mixture of military pouches and camera gear pouches to suit your needs.

i got the lowepro belt .. cost me 85 bucks .. think i got chop into shredded meat .. i use think tank, kata, lowepro and many other brand bag to make up my belt system cost me tgt ard 200++ .. got from pensule plaza

I myself use the army issued belt & caribiners. Yup the belt above is widely available in Singapore as well. But I felt that there are cons to using it, as I'm not too tall, I find that the pouches touch/hit the floor when I squat down for some shots, not to mention lying down! So I don't really hang a lot of stuff on the belt.

On the topic of tripods/monopods, any soul out there hangs them on the belt? I'm working on using velcro strips to secure my monopod horizontally across my back with the belt.

Tripod is quite long. If you hang them on the belt, it's not convenient when you walk ... it will bump your leg quite often. Also it will hit the floor before you can squat down.

Hmm, maybe can carry at the back, like when you carry sword ... wouldn't that be cool? or maybe too geeky
If the tripod is short & lightweight, like 30cm, maybe can slip it in the belt, like when you carry nunchucks
