I was browsing through the web and I came across this page. I am not sure whether does the photographer of fireworks is a CS member as the shots are of this year's new year's fireworks.

I think there was a provision for fair use that protects critique/education. one might very well argue that the pictures used are for criticism, saying they are "spectacular". It's not like they used the picture to report on ndp rehearsals or something like that.

Then again, this is not the US and IANAL, so I dunno...

no credits to the website or photog. so it's infringement. but i don't think anyone cares. except perhaps if the photog came across it.
