Tangshooters BBQ with Butties Session
Date: 27th Mar 2010 Saturday
Location: Goldkist Beach Resort Block D, Room 1, East Coast Park
Time: 5pm till next morning.
Details:
Meeting time if you are going with me. 2pm at Bedok MRT Station.
Check in time for chalet is 2.30pm.
Food will be ready by 4.30.
BBQ will start at 5pm.
First Group Photo will be at 6pm.
Second Group Photo will be at 10pm.

Food: Total $310 (inclusive GST)
BBQ pit rental: $30
Total is $530. I have collected only $440. I have exceeded by $90. Chalet overnight stayers who wish to contribute, pls let me know. No obligations, if not buy me a drink(BEER).

Chicken Satay w sauce (50 sticks, each 13-16g) : 1 set
Mutton Satay w sauce (50 sticks, each 14-18g : 1 set
Crab Sticks (16 pcs) : 2 packs
Corn on Cob buttered (5s) : 1 pack
Chicken Franks (10 pcs) : 3 packs
Cooked food for Pre BBQ:
Fried Bee Hoon (serves 10) : 2 trays

Cooked Normal Otak (each, 35-40g) : 40 sticks

Logistics:
1. If anyone have excess paper plates, plastic cutleries, cups and trash bags, pls let me know. It will be good to have more.
2. Poker Cards (3sets preferred)/Boardgames/Toys/sextoys etc.
3. Drinks/Alcohol. I will bring my Chivas there, if you have any that you wish to share, bring along!
