best part is, it is not sold in singapore :)

This is a nice and durable bag. I got a similar one from OP 2 years back. Not sure whether they are still carrying it

actually i think the problem with billinghams is that it look like an expensive bag (alright, it is an expensive bag). so it kind of defeat the purpose of having a bag that does not look like a camera bag. thieves will still wants to steal your bag bcos it looks expensive.:dunno:

Domke is still the coolest. The worst for me is Crumpler. I almost got mine stolen within days after I bought it. I caught the guy red handed, trying to swipe away my bag. He claimed he "thought it was his friend's bag".

This is my DIY Porter Bag.
Just got a padded insert...;)

ermm i dun think it look expensive cos it is of canvas material... not leather. :D

besides... if u get the black color... it is almost just like any other ordinary canvas bag... :) although the sage color is a bit more catchy since its green.

My crumpler "King Single" laptop bag was stolen last year. Thankfully I did not bring my notebook out that day. But my personal HDD was gone together with loads of misc stuff as aI use it as an everyday backpack. Made a police report and thru them, theives are targetting laptop bags.

Now using a Timberland laptop back that looks like an ordinary backpack.

No more Crumpler for me.

Am considering Kata Sensitivity V as a camera/notebook/everyday backpack.

im having a headache finding bigger camera bags that are good and cheap too. anybody can recommend a bag that can hold just a dslr body and 2 lens? think those that you guys are discussing about are abit too big and expensive. hahas

i am looking for "i am not camera bag" too... haha.

anyone know where to get insets? some mentioned Domke from CP...

thinking of DIY insets too, but anyone know where i can get the sponge? checked homefix n popular today but couldnt find...

DIY inserts - go beach road market buy ground sheet and yoga mat (one big piece of foam)/ cut and use cloth tape to form into appropriate sized padding.

actually thats what i did initially since current camera backpacks not really that comfortable for my back.

I still using this for my camera, weather proof and can put lots of extras in - even a jacket and a tripod. Quite useful for oversea usage when u are in unfamiliar land, though i dont carry around charger and laptop like the guy, else i would broke my back before i know it. And i just put my lens padded inside those water proof lunch box for extra protection! :D

oh, so you get a big lunch box(like lock n lock) and place some padding in them?
sounds like a good idea:D

Next time use army full pack ... no one will want to take.

I too was looking for a camera bag that doesnt look like a camera bag. In the end I bought the crumpler 7 million. Of cos I know that crumpler bags are very common, however this reason actually helps in disguising the bag. Everyone knows that crumpler sling bags = school bags, so they will always assume it this way. Yesterday i went out with my gf, and she wanted to put a magazine into my bag, then I told her its a camera bag no space for her mag, she don believe its a camera bag and I had to open up to proof to her lol.
