advice needed

want to go take picture of thai boxing

the lens i got are the kit lens, long lens 70 to 300mm and 50m 1.8f. no sure on the settings for it and scare picture not good haiz...

can some one advice me on the settings i can use?

Do you have acess pass to go near the ring and shoot thru the ropes??Or do you just have a grandstand ticket??

then it'll be tele.But just bring both incase you can go near the ring or the grandstand is so near the ring that a 50mm will do

if the tempo is very fast, might want to switch to sports settings.
