bro, bring me with u next time k? lol

nice

No propblems. Thank you.

i think its a nice niche area here... the yellow ones may not go down well but i think #1 style is something we all enjoy...

great work. I liked your works from earlier years, like the underwater pool ones.

Hope to see more work fr you. cheers

Thanks JacePhoto. Appreciate it very much. Underwater model , now it is difficult to rent a pool as the school increased it's rental and the seletar pool closed down for aerospace development.

the first one has a lot of potential, that is probably a better scene to do ir photography

i cannot say the same for the rest, there is no or little reason to shoot ir in the shade, or backlit condition..

proper planning is much more crucial than just flinging mud at the wall and trying to make it stick, recee a location where there is potential for a good concept you PRECONCEPTUALISE before going to the place.. note the lighting and direction of the light, so that you knwo what time to go, and go, and concentrate on getting just one good shot, that will be better than anything else.

these seriously look as if you have been just bringing the model around to try try see see.

hmmm ... i find the ultrawide distortion is really unflatering to the model :(

yeah, but at least the ir characeristic is being used here,

for the rest, it is just perhaps an ordinary scene, just convert to bnw and anyhow spray weird colours.. :)

Thanks all for the opinion. Aprreciate alots.

I would like to see the photo "stairs" with the trees white.

I am a stickler for white trees and leaves for IR shots.

Cheers :)

Hi night86mare,

If I may OT a bit :dunno:

If you look at the photo's "wonderland and stairs".......

There are light blue/green patches where the white is.

I had mentioned to another person in another thread that this effect was due to over exposure,
yet you mentioned the photo was underexposed.

I am by no means questioning you about exposure, it is just that I have always found over exposure to give me that result.

Am I looking at things incorrectly and maybe metering my shots the wrong way when I do IR.

An honest question and I appologise for the OT airforce1

Cheers :)

pablo, i don't know, i didn't mention anything about underexposure here , did i?

anyways, if something is overexposed, it will tend to turn white, rather than colorful.. :) even for ir.. since shades of color will regardless, start with black and end with white.

Hi Pablo,

For my mod IR cam, I have the same experience as you ,
overexposed areas will appear as light blue
- iirc, that light blue color is after channel swap, before swapping it's white

On the issue of over and under exposed, (my) IR cam tends to have more shallow dyanmic range
so it's very easy to get over exposed area, even the whole image may appear under
due to smaller DR
I think it also depends on the IR fillter used (filter wavelength)

Yes, I have burn highlight in some of the photos probably due to sensor sensitive to overexposure.

Hmm no problems. If can rent swimming pools I will keep you in mind.

handsome, i am keen in u/w photography if u r planning something :D
