Anybody has experience buying lenses from Amazon?

Is it advisable to buy from there? Pricewise and service wise.

I'm looking for a zoom lens from 70mm-300mm for my Alpha mount.

Many of us have bought a LOT there.

If you're looking for the 70-300 SSM G, there are better deals on ebay after the CircuitCity liquidation sale.

Also, you can get a very good price locally as well, if you e-quote the recommended shops. Can be cheaper than ordering from amazon+shipping.
