i thought the way to go was to upsize all my meals, and eat double the usual amount. and then i would also indulge in a life of debauchery by doing no work whatsoever and trolling people everywhere because i am full of love.
this could be unhealthy but take high calorie meals e.g. plenty of carbohydrate, fat. therefore go for more fast food, softdrinks/ sugary drinks, snack between meals.
at the same time don't stress yourself. no hard exercise so try not to take long walks just ot shoot a nice scenic picture . just join model shoot where you can stand still and the model poses for you .
