I think they had torn down the buildings there.... u can try searching flick for it.

actually if u are into nature.... so i think it should be okay

no, it is not an army camp, but the area has since been acquired by mindef. it is outside of yishun housing estate. here's a photo.

They did ask all the people still living in tehre to move out. The fishing pond has been drained also.
