Which is the best flash i should get for my Nikon D80?

If you are simply referring to the best Nikon flash you can have, it is the SB900 and works with the D80.

There are several other options such as an SB800, SB600, SB400 ...
That will depend on what you mean by best. In terms of budget / needs ?

The minimum you should go for is the SB600... and everything higher that that will get you more features, etc. The SB600 would suffice for most stuff, and you can wirelessly control your SB600 with the D80 in commander mode as well.
