got ppl approach us want to know if we keen to do volunteer work for an event
is anyone interested to take part in this?

The handicaps welfare association will organising a Year end party for our handicap members on Sunday 7 Dec at 6 pm at the Grassroots Club.

Every year, the handicaps welfare association organises a year-end party for our disabled members. The event is a sit-down dinner with fun and games and lucky draw.

We need about 2 photograhers to take activities on the stage, the dinner and the 40th anniversary cake cutting ceremony, etc.

At the moment we have reserved 35 tables and majority of the tables go to the disabled. I would be happy to accomodate more to your friends once I get the confirmed available seats nearer to the date.

The event will be held from 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
