she's lovely!
#1's my favourite:)

if #1 is done in HDR and your wife superimposed in it. It would had looked terrific! Appears that, in all ur pics, you are not giving your wife enough attention. More like you are trying to show the surroundings instead of your wife in portrait in Japan.

is your previous nick wind30?
your wife has a strange resemblance to his...

yup. I got deregistered.... night86mare, how come you still have not got deregistered :)

so this is my new nick. Well, the nick used to be my wife's online nick so it sounds a bit female.

Anyway, the camera I am using is SD14 for the wide angle shots and E330 (which I am selling for CHEAP $400) for the tele shots (4,5)

:bsmilie: wa, you so evil, want me to get deregistered

anyways, i thought this series was pretty nice, though some shots a bit "not here not there", e.g. #1, #6, #7, in these shots the inclusion of her clashes with the scene. as opposed to the rest, anyways, for example, #2 breaks the monotony and adds a certain happy mood, #3 lends a sense of scale and "fills" in a space, while framing the subject nicely (also something like that for #4), #5 makes an otherwise "normal" color layer shot more interesting; but well, it is not the case for those 3. but i can understand the concept of a record shot, i guess.

Good to put wifey in pictures if you want to take more pics during holiday.

my personal favourite is #1. There are many things I liked about that shot. The blue of the lake, the similarity in colors of the roof and flower, the texture and color of the bridge, the sense of symmetry, the sense of depth in the photo caused by the lines of the bridge, my wife crossing the bridge imparts a sense of moment (the framing was great as it does not intrude into the roof), even the umbrella is nice (fits with the stormy clouds).

Second shot I like is #3, mainly for the colors and hues.
