considering either lens.... 24-70 newer but 28-70 got aperture ring. let me think consider some more :bsmilie:

If you are gonna stick with digital only (or F5/F6) then MTL, get the 24-70  I have got not much money and may get a F3/FM3A to fool around with in the future, so I will be getting the 28-70 for compatibility.

So how did the Taxi fare that night? Clarke Quay was so packed with people that I am glad I didn't bring the Taxi along. Would be very difficult to move around with it. Stuffed my D200 + 18-200 inside the Speed Changer and that was all I brought ;)

Wanted to go shoot fireworks but realised I have already sold my tripod ;p

You managed to fit your D200 (with grip?) and 18-200 into a Speed Changer?

if you carry full cam gear + midsize laptop of cos UD wont work lah. need airport series liao :bsmilie:

but UD60 + laptop + dslr + 1 or 2 lenses surprising manageable ;p

hmm.. 15" + body (no grip) + 3 lenses + speedlite.. must try

ya...i have fm3a thats why have to consider. my fm3a cannot use my 105 and 70-200 liao. but then again, i might not use 24-70 with the fm3a.

Doug should employ me if I can actually fit all those in the Speed Changer :bsmilie:

The main compartment fits only the D200 body w/o grip + 18-200 w/o hood and they are not attached. It is a rather tight fit but my gf was later surprised that I actually brought the camera + lens along because the pouch didn't appear big to her ;)

you must see what lenses bro phoa has lah

Since a significant amount of the weight is on your belt, I suppose your UD50 is not really that heavy eh?

Yap. Beside the mentioned stuff in UD 50. I also wearing pro belt along with All The Other Stuff and Change Up. During event, just take the Lens with LCs and attached to the belt. :)
Dun feel the weight.
