Think the only way is to get from Canon as the CD software has a unique serial number. Show them your receipt as proof that you have boght the cam which came with the software.

Actually you don't have to have the CD to install DPP.

1 - Just download the latest DPP3.02 from Canon software downloads.
2 - Launch the file, DO NOT install the software. Let the software extract itself to a temp folder.
3 - Go and search for a folder call CanonUPW*, remember to select search in all folders, including hidden and system folders.
4 - Copy out that folder. As it will be automatically deleted when you cancel the installation.
5 - Quit the initial installation.
6 - Proceed to install the DPP. The installer is located in your CanonUPW_000\INST\INSTALL\COMMON

!!!!Viola!!!!

i've tried, but unable to find the folder.
the DPP3.02 i download is call DPP302EN.exe which is only 23.1MB. i think this is only the upgrade. is there a DPP3.02 whole new program? i think i've lost my DPP cd.

Your version of DPP302EN.exe is correct. The actual folder is located at your user profile's temp directory.

Eg. C: -> Documents and Settings -> username -> local setting -> temp

If you cannot see the local setting folder, at the file explorer window, go to tools -> folder options -> view and checked 1) Display the contents of the system folders and 2) show hidden files and folder.

The easier way to know which folder is created is to empty the temp folder before running the DPP302EN.exe.
