nah, my tank is only 60 gallons, i would probably want 3 FL? i would be able to hit 1.5w/gal already, or is 2 a better target?

You'd be looking at about 90 watts for your tank. And this is for low lighting. If it's a planted tank, they can go as high as more than 3W per gallon... i.e. 180 watts for a 60 gallon tank.. :sweat:
