Hi

Just curious, are you aware of any policies around hot pixels on sensor and dead pixels on display ?

Just encounter with my XT20. Not a biggie but just curious on the coverage.

hi,

hot pixels on sensor might be hard to put a thumb on it as its very subjective but dead pixels on display is clear and likely covered but do drop by the Service Ctr to have a check on their current policies.

Hot pixels do show up on mine in one of my time lapse session.

Also depends on the pixel location. Just happen to notice them coming up when I'm increasing my exposure in post.
