Zoom power preview, picture samples.

I have see in one cameras repair shop , one picture like a big panorama , with one subject in 10 pictures , taken by zoom power like 1X 2X 3X - 10X .

Is any samples like this , of the zoom power ,available on the net ?
I can only think that this is made by a brand who does make photo cameras or lens systems .

The point is, that i plan to make one , if i will not found any source link about it .

The problem here is, at 1X is it going to be 28mm or 38mm film equivalent?

The point is, that what it matters is the size scaling as the zoom gets bigger .

The detailed comparison ,between CCD size and film ,with the use of the actual mm comes second .

I know well ,that my camera, with 38-380mm ,brings compatible size in 1 / 1 , at 50mm .
