Hi folks!

It's NOT Newbies Outing this time...!
It's a get-together for dinner, plus food photography session.

I'm looking for folks who are fairly competent, but maybe have not tried food photography before.

This is a chance for us like-minded folk to get-together without worrying about attracting attention for using a 'pro' camera at the dinner table. Feel free to bring any kind of artificial lighting/props to enhance the food. Go crazy!

Date: Tuesday 15 June
Time: 8pm
Location: Block 203, Toa Payoh North (opp. SPH News Centre). Coffeeshop Zi-char stall.
<car>: Just park right in front of the coffeeshop and watch your car like a hawk
<public transport>: Bradell MRT 250m away.

Cost: We split the cost equally, depending on what we order.

I am not trying to make any money from this outing, but I do have a personal agenda, which I will reveal in a PM to those who are keen to attend. Then it's up to you whether you still wanna go ahead or not.

Price wise..mmmmm off-course reasonable..

May be I can suggest you all can try at Blk 970A coffice shop(juz opp.blk 203) @ 2nd Street Food Cafeteria
It's have western food (Botak Jones), Korean food, Italian Food (Piccolo), & Zi-char stall..

zi-cha stall mah... some more we pay for what we order. If we order less, we pay less...
Anyway each dish on average is about $6-$10, so maybe each person just <$10 ?? Like pastamania price la... you thought Jumbo/Long Beach pricing?

I know the boss of the zi cha stall, which has to do with my personal agenda for this outing... hahaha

Will someone please bring some fresh flowers, nice table mats. I have a light tent. But some one needs to bring more lights. Nikon flash will do. we fire via CLS.
