I have been asked by many on how would be a general workflow I adopt when I process my images in Adobe Photoshop. Well, to tell you the truth, there is no answer to this question. It all depends on how you want to present the image to your audience. This 'image' would have already be inside your head before you attempt to shoot it. Once done on camera, post processing it to bring out the intended visual effect.

Here is an example:

01. Global tonal adjustments
02. Remove unwanted blemishes
03. Brighten eyes
04. Selective Dodge & Burn
05. Skin Smoothening
06. Detail enchancement
07. Apply Cross Processing technique
08. Selective RGB Channel Multiply
09. Apply texture
10. Selective tonal adjustments
11. Color Blending
12. Selective Sharpening
13. Selective Blurring
14. Insert Copyright & Signature

Remember, at the end of the day, it'll all bore down to how much effort you put in. There is no right or wrong in photography and post processing, only whether you and/or other people like it or not. :)

Hi Zeckson,

Thanks for sharing. The photo after PP is awesome. Are you self-taught or learn from course?
Sometimes I'm wondering why the full frame camera can't produce the result like the PP photo. So must we go through PP to get such result?
