Beautiful  I like the sepia effect. Where did you take this picture?

So when were you there? Di d you happen to visit Yulong village?

I was in Yunnan from 13 May to 30 May for a Youth Expedition Project.
Stayed in a village in Dali, mainly teaching the children English.
Yulong Snow Mountain is in Lijiang, around 4500m and I don't think there is a village called Yulong.

I was there my friend, I've stayed in Lijiang old city for almost 2 wks. ;)
The Yulong village (Yù Hú (Nguluko)) is at the foot of Yulong snow mountain. ;p. I was there until April 04.

"the village is just before the Dongba Village is the turnoff for the lovely, quiet, tour group-free village that was Josepfh Rock's home in the 1920s and 1930s. The Austrian-born botanist and anthropologist, whose Ancient Nakhi Kingdom of Southwest China is the definitive account of Nàxi culture and language, is a local legend who lived in Lìjiang for 27 year" quoted frm the below source.

It seems that when you ascend the mountain, the weather wasn't that good, so it was a clever move in adding some sepia to improve it by leaps.

I've had been there before, took hordes of photos, and I was lucky to have good weather that day.

Why don't you post some other photos of that mountain..
