Exec flat shd be under normal flat la.

Shd prob have categories that dont overlap, sthg like:

1) Landed property (bungalow, terrace, semi-d etc)
2) Private apts (condo, EC, private studio apts etc)
3) HDB exec/5-rm flats
4) HDB 4-rm and below flats (incl studio apts under HDB)
5) Misc (shophouses, quarters etc)

Just my 2 cents' worth.
But no worries, I already put my vote in this poll nonetheless. Lol!

yrs made the most sense ... now go so many new type of apartmets coming out, i had oso wanted to categories based on price :/
