You can do wonders with your 18-55 kit lens too

Timely reminder that quality photos doesn't just depend on equipment only :)

only when photographers pay less attention on gears to get, then he able put more energy how to create the photos.

No doubt those images were post-processed to get those colors.

But the key thing is that the composition, settings, experience and the eye play a huge part in getting the shot.

Without those, all you would have ended up with are nice colors and that's it. You're only limited by your experiencea, not your equipment

Before we start saddling the dead horse again .. I just say "Thank you" :)
Picked the kit lens for the weekend pictures, I think we do this little lens a lot of injustice.

haha the kit lens is always great, except the looks. I don't mind the STM version though lol. Sexy!

Im having a lot of fun using my SEL1650PZ for landscape shots. Partially due to me having sold off my SEL1018 and the Sony 16mm+wide angle converter.

I'm very happy using the kit lens nowadays. There's a lot of room for me to grow as a photographer using just the kit lens. One day when I become a better photographer, I will be able to better justify the usage of a dedicated wide angle (zoom) lens.
