The Tower 48 is a Nicca 3-F (lever wind) and was produced exclusively for Sears Roebuck. Cameras made by Tower/Nicca are one of the better made LTM/M39 bodies. Camera includes an advance lever, 1s to 1/500s shutter speed, a separate rangefinder and viewfinder window. This is an uncommon camera.

In excellent condition. Working perfectly. Shutter is working well, rangefinder accurate, film advance/rewind both works well.
