this was only attached on my camera for a brief couple of months and never actually used. has arca-style grooves to fit G10, G20 and K20 heads as well as QR clamps from other manufacturers like acratech/ foba / graff / Wimberley. Retails for 30usd on BH.
fits right into any standard camera tripod mount. also has a slot for attaching a camera strap. weighs 31.2g.
