This is the newer version (Type V) of the original Nikkor 55mm S / S.C 1.2, with the improved optical formula that focuses down to 50cm.

This is also the last version of the Nikon 50/55/58 series that can mount onto Canon EOS bodies without hacking/modification (i.e. no protruding metal ridge that are found on the AI/AIS lenses). I have it mounted on my Canon 5D without any mirror issues as well.
Excellent condition. Some dust (note: this is a 1974 lens); focus ring may feel a little stiff compared to other Nikon lenses (pretty common for the 1.2 lenses as it is moving a very large chunk of glass in and out).
