I'm selling my used X100S (Silver), which has been carefully used as a secondary camera. It was purchased in July 2013, and kept in a dry cabinet all the time when unused.
Condition is great (9.5/10 at least), with no visible scratches. Screen protector and protective cases have been used since day one.
Shutter count is approximately 9800.
