This is a 3-in-1 adapter that combines Hasselblad V mount adapter to Canon EF mount, and then Canon EF mount adapter to Sony E mount. So you can use it for 3 different combinations. No electronics inside so you won't be able to auto focus with EF lenses.
Note according to my test of C80 and CF150 lenses to my Sony A7, due to manufacturer tolerance commonly encountered, my copy gives you just short of infinity focus at max aperture, but you can counter that by stopping down to F/8. You won't notice it if you shoot at portrait distance.
