Why say so much irrelevant in WTS?

Who cares or believes if you use it only once, twice or not at all?
Who cares or believes if you never drop it?
Who cares or believes if you store it in a dry box when not in use?
Who cares or believes if you really take good care of it?
Who cares or believes if you have a sharp copy?

Do you care? I don't.
I only see, touch and test to believe.

However, I will look for valid warranty status in proper documentation, if any.
Receipt to prove age.
Additional accessories as value-added purchase, if any.

I have seen some funny ones, e.g. where the seller claims that after he sent the camera for servicing, suddenly all the images from all the lenses very sharp, all lenses suddenly focus very precise and fast, as if the D90 becomes a D3s.
