it is illegal, but i do believe at Cos-Play conventions (DownTown East) rules are relaxed abit. as such replica weapons are part of Cos-Playing.

as long as ur cam can, u can! idea hor, den those demon wield the foam katana dun need turbo fan, but the flash need a much stronger wan to penetrate underwater. reflector wet nevermind lar. :bsmilie:
