Can I ask what are the processes used in this picture?

Cross process ? Film ?

Please advice me

2. looks like very basic processing. Desaturate, increase contrast, add grain, add vignette.

Many different steps/process can be used to achieve the same effect, so it's hard to say exactly how this photo effect was achieved

You'd have to ask the photographer, but my guess is some form of desat, sepia filter, contrast and slight vignetting. At this size, it's hard to say if grain was added.

As nedy77 has pointed out, there are many ways to arrive at the same point.
