Would you deal with someone who has a negative rating?

Given the implementation of the rating in the Classified Ads some time ago, does anyone bother to look at it?

As the question raised above, would you deal with someone who has a negative rating? Does it matter to you afterall? :think:

I would seriously take the negative rating into consideration but I wouldn't take it as a 100% no.

at least we know the reasons when negative ratings were given.
but what can we do if certain ppl (with negative ratings) register a new nick just to buy & sell? and how abt with ppl that has few nicks even w/o negative ratings? would u deal with them? just a tot.

i'm an ebay regular so i tend to take ratings seriously haha
