in short

all reservoirs are good for sunrise and sunset, just need to find a good foreground, else you can just settle for normal reflections

changi beach and changi point are good for sunrise, changi boardwalk good for sunset

punggol beach good for both sunrise and sunset

labrador park good for sunset, not sure about sunrise

chinese gardens good for sunset, not sure about sunrise

Changi beach is not bad, the stretch after the SAF ferry terminal all the way to changi point. First light is usually around 6.20-6.30 ish, you can get a nice york from around 6.40 till 7.00 ish. Bring insect repellent, sandflies there if you walk down to the beach to snap.

Here's one taken there some time ago at sunrise.
