Worth...?

Hi,

Just a quick question..

Is it worth going for D90 from existing D50 DSLR?

will i get any additional benefits with D90(not interested in video feature), which i cannot get with D50 / Photoshop CS4 combination?

I am not a professional photographer..

also please share for what reason you upgraded the camera if you have done in this range.. (D50~D90)

Simple... anything in D50 that you feel is lacking and that the D90 will serve you good? You can be the judge.

Of course.You will definitely see a huge improvement in handling etc.Just buy it and don't regret.I don't think you will see any additional benefits when using CS4

Using rendition's list, you can certainly decide if the feature improvements would help you. Are they needed?

6.1MP vs 12.3MP --> Do you crop a lot of your photos?
ISO1600 vs ISO6400 --> Do a lot of your photos require you to shoot with 1600 or higher?
2" 130K LCD vs 3" 920K LCD
2.5fps vs 4.5fps --> Do you shoot a lot of sports, wildlife?
None vs Live-View --> Do you shoot from akward positions, macro etc this could be helpful
