open the pic using a photo editor, save as and change the quality, compression (different editors have different places to change).... but remember to rename your files!!! you would want to keep the original at the highest quality/lowest comparession.Originally posted by eadwine

most of my pic are 800x600 and file size is less than 100kb, i am using level 8 compression in Photoshop.

anyway, even if u use very high compression....like level 4 or 5, u won't see much different with the quality...unless u enlarge the jpg after that
