hi there, just my view... all these photos seems high constrast. Did you purposely push them in PS or my lousy monitor here showing me wrong color spec?

Other than that, all very nice captured. Espcially emotion has added to the photo itself. Impressive. :thumbsup:

Did you really mean contrast or saturation?
Anyway both look spot on to me.

Hi oeyvind,

In the other WOMAD thread, tomshen had mentioned that you had used "S-curve to boost contrast without blow out highlight details"

Does he mean by using curves, and then dragging it into a typical S shape? I've tried using S-curves for some of the pictures, but I still cannot achieve the contrast levels that you have.

Mind to share more on this PS technique?
And PS, great shots! I've always admired your work...
