wld you pay more for more warranty?

hi,
shopping ard for a body upgrade

need opinions from you guys as i got 2 offers.

1st is grey set, brand new, comes with 6 mths shop warranty. 2nd one comes with local 1yr warranty, cost $180 more.

my question, is it worth to pay that $180 for tht extra 6 mths of warranty?

the shop been there for quite long. to me it's more of whether i trust they'll warrant it or not

well you never mention the shop name so how do we know? but if you say you trust the shop, ultimate decision, benefit and consequence (if it happen) are all yours to take.

For me it is okay as long the thing come in good condition and work fine at the right beginning. I prefer to spend more money on insurance than extending warranty. Shop warranty is okay as long it is reputable.

bought the one with local warranty. register online will be extra 3 mths.

so $180 extra for 9 more mths of warranty
