Without AF/AE, how many of you own cameras?

I am just wondering how many of CSer rely on AE/AF.

without lifts how many would stay in flats

without calculators, how many would learn trig

I use view cameras.

I use leica R & M. No auto-anything.

I also have several cameras with autoeverything. But I disable these features.

Like that I shouldn't be in photography liao. My FM2 got no AF and AE And I use it more than my AF camera........

If no power steering, can still drive. But if cannot drive, what's the point of power steering...

i use AE all the time

but I can also do without it if it was not there
i can focus faster manually than with AF

I use my cereal box pinhole camera. Sometimes I use my shoebox with a lens salvaged from my magnifying glass as my backup camera too. Totally zero auto.

I still drive a car with no power steering & manual gear... its more fun than the normal power-steering auto cars.

I have lift on every level but i climb the stairs occassionally...

I do mental sums when a calculator is infront of me...

Without planes, i take bus... hahaa... i dun travel that much u know...

I always wonder last time how do photographers manual focus on action shots or catwalk etc

I rely on AF & AE most of the time :embrass: , only if camera cannot focus or focus/exposure error, then manual focus/expose.
