I think with S$500 you can just about buy both +- S$10-20 so there, dilemma solved!

with 500 sing, you should change it all to 5 dollar notes at the bank.

Tomorrow night, go to the many oneroom flats at red hill area and bless all of them.

It really depends.

If what you have now is just one kit lens, and you are into available light photography, then perhaps it's wise to buy a lens (assuming you already have dry cabinet, tripod).

In lieu of tonight's fireworks display, assuming you are going, the lens would give you immediate reward (sharper pics than the kit lens). Down the road, you have to decide. But you can't go wrong with either. Both are good purchases.
