wireless triggers sync speed

using a D90, SB900 and SB600.
so far using pt-04 for some time, just find it unreliable .. shooting 1/200 most of time, rather than 1/250 which only test success once / twice.

came across hercules (1/250), phottix (1/250), yongnuo (1/320) and about my D90 is
1/200.

so even if I get yongnuo, 1/320 is not true for my case right? or am i wrong?

D90's flash sync speed is 1/200. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I guess you're stuck at 1/200 regardless of which trigger you stated above. If I'm not wrong PW's support high speed sync, but it's too expensive IMO.
