Took this photo from my balcony and edited it to get this look. No dodge and burn was used... just adjusted the contrast quite extremely.
I was trying to get some kind of serene, solitary, mysterious, somewhat ghostly mood.
Let me know what kind of mood or feel you get or what you think.
Or any suggestions to bring out a stronger mood.

the subject is boring, the lighting is boring..
what can i say more....

tips : look out for better lighting situations, example... ray of light coming in from windows.
: if u think there's no sunlight (will ever come in through this window), think again, maybe this subject isn't suitable for
ur this mysterious mood.

That's too cliche...
And you know what is solitary? Alone... window is alone... not with a friend, aka light rays or whatever. This is the mood I wanted to create.

Thanks for your feedback anyway.

Would like to hear from more people.

Hmm. Lacks punch, but it does come across as abstract, somewhat super-imposed. I like the initial feeling of superimposition that I first got when I looked at the photo.
