I experienced this at Ya Kun Bugis yesterday. Asked for tea w less sugar, kena charged more.

Today at Army Market, I ordered Ice Kachang w no colouring, just the usual Gula Malacca. Kena charged $0.20 more!

What's the world coming to?

it is not about less sugar or more sugar, no ice or with ice, as long you customise your order, you are asking for premium service, premium service means you are willing to pay extra for it.

Maybe we should tell the hawker to tell all tat "Special " means value added service , means extra cost to the company therefore you need to pay extra for saving sugar, saving sugar cane juice, saving coloured ???
