at the first place why would you want to confront him? Can't you just walk away and be cool? :dunno:
I saw this when i was out and about a teenager was having an argument with a man (don knw wat the argument was about, didnt even stop to find out) and the teenager was like shouting "not happy? beat me la!"

I don't think those are admissible in the court. You were provoked; yes but if you chosed to bring yourself down to his level, you are still guilty.
Unless he gives you a contract waiving all indemnity, etc, I don't see how you think that you are free from risk of prosection subsequently.
That aside, beat for what? If you are wrong, then you are wrong. Beating him changes nothing. If you are right, and logic is on your side, there is no need to beat him to prove anything.
