Will lens-hood block flash?

Hi guys, I am using Canon EOS 88 SLR. Will a lens-hood (those rubber lens-hood) affect shots taken using the built-in flash. Using the standard 35-80mm lens.

Think it depends on the diameter of ur lens

I don't think my lens is long when fully extend.

Anyway, thanks.. i will try a few shots tomorrow.

Should be no prob even with the internal flash.

If using long or big lens, an external flash should work fine. Internal flash maybe not
